Change of mind returns

We want you to love the products you buy from My Suite Home. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date you received it.

Products returned for change of mind reasons must be in “as-new” condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have NOT opened, used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the products.

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs for a change of mind return (including any taxes or duties), irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Change of mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, based on the total sale price of the items being returned. Return shipping & handling fees will also be deducted from any credit offered.

Once we receive your item(s) back in our warehouse we will inspect to ensure both the product and packaging are in good condition and then process your refund in 3-5 business days.

To initiate a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or adjust your order prior to dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team.

Please note that if an item has left our warehouse already, it will be considered under our Change of Mind return policy.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend you immediately inspect any items that you receive, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided.

Please report any damage or concerns to our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery and rest assured we’ll take care of it.

 

Perfectly Imperfect

Our products are constructed of natural materials and are hand finished, and with that, minor imperfections may be present.

Minor imperfections are considered normal and expected for hand finished, solid timber furniture.

We don’t offer replacements or refunds for minor imperfections.

 

Variations Are Natural

The majority of our products are crafted by combination of solid timber and real timber veneered. As no two trees are alike, variation in grain, colour and finish will occur.

These variations are acceptable throughout the cabinetmaking and carpentry industry.

We don’t offer replacements or refunds based on variation in grain, colour or finish.

 

Our rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults and damages policy.
